Your job is to maintain andoptimize production. Develop and apply methods of measuring theperformance of the production process. Support the Production inorder to ensure product quality, short lead-times and ‘short timeto market’.
AsProduction Engineer you will contribute to the 4 main PEdrivers:

• Analyzethe production process (Cycle time and Labor Hours), point outstructural problems and bottlenecks, work out suggestions forimprovements and initiate their implementation, often in closecooperation with the surrounded departments as Development, SupplyChain and Customer
• Decreasecycle time
• Decreasecost
• Increaseefficiency
• Increasequality

You willhave constant attention for safety.  

Support:

• Contributeto the rapid solution of complex faults and take the necessaryinitiatives and practicaldecisions
• Troubleshoot

Functie-eisen

Bachelor or Master in a technicalcompetence. (Mechatronics, Physics, Electronics,Mechanics)
At leastone year of experience in a production environment with high techproducts and complex production processes, preferably in bothassembly and test environment
Experience withLean Manufacturing is an advantage
Experience in thefield of Technical Production Engineering and quality methodologysuch as statistical process control and FMEA is an advantage
Effective interpersonal skills; able to convinceothers
Focused on qualityand continuous improvement
