• Lead the seamless introduction of newproducts in our pilot factory, overseeing designs and validatingproduction processes.
• Prioritize preemptivemeasures to uphold impeccable quality standards and resolveproduction challenges swiftly.
• Refineproduction processes, troubleshoot issues, and transition productsto the volume organization efficiently.
• Providecrucial support for system upgrades and refurbishments, conductingaudits and crafting machine-specific workplans.
• Ensure the delivery of refurbishedsystems with a steadfast focus on quality andcost-effectiveness.

Functie-eisen

• Bachelor's degree in (Applied) Physics,Mechatronics, Electronics, or MechanicalEngineering.
• 0-3 years of experience in ahigh-tech production environment, with assembly and testingexperience preferred.
• Knowledge of LeanManufacturing is advantageous.
• Familiarity withTechnical Production Engineering and quality methodologies isbeneficial.
• Preferred experience with highvacuum technology and/or highvoltage.

• Salary range: €3,500.00 -€5,500.00
• Minimum of 25 vacation days,increasing up to a maximum of 40
• 8.33% vacationpay
