Proficient WebSphere Engineer
Within the IAAS Area of ING Tech Infra & Engineering Cloud Tribe we are looking for a proficient Websphere Engineer.
The team
The squad is responsible for the end-to-end Tomcat, WebSphere, Apache and JBoss stack deliveries, maintenance and innovation and on top of that the first and second day operations.
Roles and responsibilities
Developing and maintaining the WebSphere stack using Ansible;
Creating and maintaining technical documentation;
Analysis of the current and future functional requirements.
Participation in an international environment with IT projects for consumers of ING Tech;
Access to the latest technology – Keeping your professional development up-to-date;

Work experience as a WebSphere engineer;
Knowledge of WebSphere and of Ansible;
Good oral and written English skills;
Knowledge of Jython;
Knowledge of Linux;
The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Pre:
Knowledge of Git and Azure DevOps;
Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Delivery solutions;
Knowledge of Agile methodology: Scrum, Kanban, DevOps;
A certification in IBM WebSphere Application Server or a similar product.
