Project Director
We are experiencing exciting growth and as such, we are seeking a client-facing Project Director to join our Grip team! Grip is web-based software that automatically generates visual content, leveraging photorealistic 3D technology and INDG’s twenty-year-long experience in that field.
As a Project Director for Grip, you will oversee a diverse range of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of both internal and external clients. You will lead a team of project managers, setting standards, promoting a culture of accountability, and ensuring continuous improvement across all project management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and maintain industry-standard project plans across the Grip organization. Create templates, conduct training sessions, and ensure adherence to these standards.
- Provide guidance, training, and professional development plans to enhance the skills of project managers. Assess capabilities and create clear development paths.
- Perform regular health analyses of projects, ensuring that over 95% are running smoothly. Proactively manage any issues that arise, ensuring they are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Optimize project management processes and tools. Standardize and improve reporting methods, including progress, revenue, cost, risks, health, and client satisfaction metrics.
- Instill a data-driven mindset, using performance indicators to analyze and manage projects effectively.
- Proven experience as a Project Director or in a similar leadership role within the marketing, advertising, CG/Gaming, or creative/production industry.
- Extensive real-life experience and certifications in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to convey messages clearly and concisely to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, with experience in Lean and/or Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Experience managing project financials, with the ability to work with numbers and large amounts of data (Excel proficiency is essential).
- Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to make tough decisions and drive them to completion.
