• Lead the planning, execution, and deliveryof data center projects, ensuring they are completed on time,within scope, and within budget.
• Collaboratewith cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction,procurement, and operations, to ensure seamless projectintegration.
• Develop detailed project plans,including timelines, milestones, and resourceallocation.
• Identify and mitigate projectrisks, and implement contingency plans asnecessary.
• Manage stakeholder relationships,including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure clearcommunication and alignment on projectobjectives.
• Oversee the procurement ofmaterials and services, ensuring quality andcost-effectiveness.
• Monitor project progressand performance, providing regular updates and reports to seniormanagement.
• Ensure compliance with industrystandards, regulatory requirements, and bestpractices.
• Foster a culture of innovation andcontinuous improvement within the projectteam.

Functie-eisen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inEngineering, Project Management, or a relatedfield.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager,preferably in the data center or technology infrastructureindustry.
• Strong understanding of data centerdesign, construction, and operationalrequirements.
• Demonstrated ability to leadcomplex projects with multiplestakeholders.
• Excellent organizational,planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Strongleadership and team managementabilities.
• Exceptional communication andinterpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with projectmanagement software and tools.
• PMP, PRINCE2, orequivalent certification is a plus.
