• Assume full responsibility and ownershipof projects from initial technical meetings with the customer topost-delivery customer satisfactionchecks
• Compose a project team (electronicsdesigners, integrators, software engineers, architect) and foster apositive team atmosphere to achieve the best projectresults
• Execute the project and ensurecompliance with what was offered to the customer, manage scope andaddress additional customer requests, oversee the project plan andmonitor the budget and requiredquality
• Identify and develop commercialopportunities in close collaboration with sales, and preparequotations to meet customer needs andrequirements

Functie-eisen

• Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degree inElectronics, Embedded Systems orrelevant
• Experienced in Agile/Scrumenvironments 
• Skilled in software andmechatronics development processes
• Proficientin requirements engineering for embedded/software or mechatronicsystems
• Experienced in writing andunderstanding requirements for suchsystems
• Capable of effectively communicatingand collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successfulimplementation of requirements
• Knowledgeable inidentifying and addressing potential issues during the requirementsgathering and development phases of aproject
• Able to adapt to changing requirementsand project needs in a dynamicenvironment
