Project Manager – Sales Plays
What you get to do in this role:
Take small to large programmatic sales plays and programs from original concept through final implementationÂ
Bring our various activation plays into a repeatable frameworkÂ
Develop detailed project execution plan, and manage all processes including progress tracking, metrics, monitoring change control process, and launchÂ
Provide overall communication and work with all areas affected by the program including partners, business sponsorsÂ
Align closely with the Global Sales Play Structure and global operating model design​Â
Create status reporting to support project/program discussions at Workgroups and Sponsor levelÂ
Apply consistency and best practices through project initiation, planning, execution and closing phases, promoting outcomes and benefit trackingÂ
Validate Sales Play materials such as Pitch Deck, Customer Stories, Demos, Seller Map, Value Workshops, Target Account List​Â
Accountable for planning and tracking to program milestones and deliverables​, managing initiative risks and issues​Â
​Ensures cross-functional collaboration to deliver expected outcomes of the programÂ
Represents the Global Sales Play voice in the Geography and related countries in close alignment with Sales Operations and Go To MarketÂ
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:Â
8+ years of hands-on project management experience for Sales activation programs, Sales Operations or Sales EnablementÂ
Experience managing multiple large programs/projects in enterprise environments
Knowledge of business and sales processes and behaviour of Sales personas in a Sales environmentÂ
Experience leading Steering meetings with executive managementÂ
Excellent time management and communication skillsÂ
Experience guiding teams and provide solutions while mitigating or removing hurdles / obstaclesÂ
Experience overcoming project crisisÂ
Ability to cross link efforts and avoid duplication
