Introduction to the job

The Re-use Factory Operation Center is responsible for the Re-Use of parts, tools & packaging materials in order to accelerate learning, reduce costs and eliminate waste

Within this department we're looking for technicians who like to work on the dismount of larger modules into lower level parts and who enjoy working on small projects where we are investigating how to Re-Use materials. Technicians who enjoy working in an dynamic environment and are enthusiastic to help grow this relatively new department together with the natural team.

Job mission

In the position as technician within the Re-use Factory Operation Center you will be responsible for executing recondition activities. Reconditioning includes dismantling, inspections, qualification, cleaning and packaging. The execution activities will have a wide range of variety.

Job description

Execution;

  • Dismount and dispatch larger machine modules into lower level parts;
  • Inspect, repair or harvest, qualify, clean and pack parts;
  • Ensure accurate admin on the execution activities;
  • Report, inform and escalate correctly and timely on progress and status;
  • Work closely together with logistics and planning;
  • Being able to indicate the lead time for the execution activities;
  • Contribute and support in planning of the execution activities.

  • Support good teamwork by searching for solutions and ideas by working together with colleagues
  • Assure effective and efficient collaboration with other departments;
  • Learn from mistakes by sharing them with the team and come up with a solution in order to prevent them from happening.
  • Support in setting up the Global Reuse Center by e.g. provide input for cleanroom layout criteria, improve daily management structure,
  • Actively seek for relevant knowledge
  • Share and train knowledge and skills

    • Education

  • MBO 3 education in:Mechatronics;Mechanical;Automotive Engineering;Electrical Engineering

    • Experience

  • Experience with building & analyzing ASML modules is preferred.
  • Knowledge of various competencies is preferred.

    •   Context of the position

    The Re-use department is located in building 58. (Off Campus, Hurksestraat 20 A Eindhoven)

    In the job as Technician you will be participating in a small team. You will be working closely together with the manufacturing engineers of the GRC. You will be reporting to the TL execution.

    This job is in dayshift.

    As a technician you are mainly working in the cleanroom and therefore you are required to wear the prescribed cleanroom suit. (Suit, head-cap and face mask)
