Your road to success
Left or right, you are a servant leader and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART). You are the main facilitator of the ART events and processes and assists the teams in delivering value. The RTE communicates with stakeholders, escalates impediments, helps manage risk, ensures value delivery and drives relentless improvement. Our team analyses the organization from a strategy execution point of view, defines systemic interventions and enables leaders on all levels to drive transformation in their area of responsibility. Therefore, our team develops strategic frames for the global IT transformation journey based on human-centric-methodologies (. SAFe) and ensures the implementation in strategic initiatives. The transformation team acts analytically and strategically, we consult the top management and leaders, we communicate towards the group and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global network. Our aim is also creating global transparency, steering the global transformation activities and tracking the progress. With that pro-active support, the team aims to increase efficiency and human-centricity within our transformation challenges.
