Sales Engineer Benelux
This role can be worked from anywhere in the Netherlands, with occasional visits to Amsterdam for events like Summer or Winter Holidays party.
Your mission
As the Sales Engineer for Tellent Benelux, you'll be the driving force behind our sales team's success. Your main gig? Making sure our products Recruitee, KiwiHR, and Javelo pass the technical evaluation and validation stages of the sales process. As part of our team, you'll be tasked with not only selling our solutions but also building strong relationships with stakeholders ranging from IT, CFOs, to HR directors. Your contributions will help Tellent become the number one talent management suite that helps recruit, engage, and retain talent.
About the Team
You will be part of the Tellent sales organisation and will report to our Head of Sales Engineering. You will be working closely with the Benelux sales team and with your peers from the sales engineering team in France and DACH.
Your 12-month journey
In the first 3 months, you’ll focus on learning everything about Recruitee, Javelo and KiwiHR: understanding the products, the Benelux market, and our customers & their requirements. You will start analysing our sales processes to see what technical support is needed and what needs to be improved.
After 6 months, you’ll help the sales team in discovering, articulating, and demonstrating our Tellent solutions to deliver on specific customer requirements and desired business outcomes. You will drive initiatives in the sales team to improve bundle and cross-selling in the Benelux region.
After 12 months, you will have contributed to a substantial increase in the conversion rate for our Recruitee, KiwiHR and Javelo products. Besides, you will have contributed to increasing our multi-product sales for new deals.
What you’ll do
What you’ll bring to the team
2+ years of working experience with sales or business consulting
Fluent in English and Dutch,
Customer-centric approach and believes that an excellent customer experience is key for success;
Communication skills at all levels of the organisation (commercial and technical, internal and external);
Confident in a tech environment and comfortable with new software;
Ability to identify and drive commercial opportunities, a sales background is beneficial;
You are a quick learner and able to process understand new data and technologies.
