The Position
Become the narrative behind our numbers as a Visual Analytics developer at PVH. Here, you will be the storyteller who crafts compelling visualizations and analyses that not only provide insights but tell a tale of opportunities, growth, and future possibilities. Your role is pivotal in shaping data into strategies that drive our business forward.
You will:
Craft Technical Solutions : Translate complex data into actionable strategies, merging the artistic with the analytical to craft narratives that guide business decisions.
Be the Expert : Offer insights based on the latest industry trends and best practices, becoming a trusted advisor in steering business principles and processes.
Drive Innovation : Collaborate with stakeholders to fast-track new releases, embodying the spirit of continuous improvement and delivery.
Maintain Excellence : Ensure meticulous adherence to our building and documentation standards, upholding the quality and integrity of our digital products.
The Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for a dynamic individual who:
Holds 4+ years of relevant work experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Has a mind set to problem-solving, turning challenges into opportunities with analytical prowess.
Thrives in agile environments, showcasing superior coordination skills in cross-functional teams.
Is a continuous learner, eager to immerse themselves in new technologies and concepts.
Technical capabilities
Proficiency in Tableau Desktop or other Visual Analytics Tools: Your ability to work with leading analytics tools will be central to crafting insightful reports and visualizations.
Querying Skills: Strong querying skills to dig deep into databases and extract the most pertinent information, shaping data into actionable insights.
Deep Business Acumen: A profound understanding of business principles coupled with the agility to learn and adapt swiftly to evolving trends and technologies.
Desirable Skills:
Predictive Analytics and Visualization: Having a foundation in predictive analytics and a knack for visualizing the derived insights will be a tremendous advantage. Your ability to anticipate trends and weave narratives through data visualization will be a distinct asset.
Authorization Concepts : Familiarity with authorization concepts showcases your understanding of secure and responsible data management, a crucial aspect in maintaining the integrity of our digital products.
