We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our fast growing, cross-functional, Product Development teams. In this role, you will collaborate with your team to bring ideas to high quality solutions for our customers. A successful Senior Software Engineer is able to build and validate ideas fast, while also employing their experience to accelerate the team and improve the quality of the overall product.

How you will have an impact

These are the key activities you are responsible for:

• Product Engineering - Explore, build and test new or improve existing features together with your cross functional team. Utilize your expertise in Ruby on Rails, and cloud-based technologies to build scalable and robust solutions.
• Observe and validate - Drive the initiative to verify that after shipping the customers needs are met and the functionality works up to our high-quality standards post-deployment.
• Share knowledge and experience - Support the team by sharing insights on software engineering best practices, possibilities, and efficient development strategies to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

You are a great fit if you have

These are the skills you’ll bring and develop in this position:

• Advanced Software Development Skills: With at least 5 years of experience in software engineering, you demonstrate the ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Our Tech Stack: While experience in Ruby on Rails is beneficial, we highly value a solid foundation in software development principles and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies. Proficiency or familiarity with Vue, AWS, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Sidekiq would give you an advantage.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Dedicated to developing solutions that delight and serve our customers' needs effectively.
• DevOps Practices: A strong grasp of CI/CD methodologies and tools, enhancing our ability to deploy with speed and quality.
• Adaptability and Open-Minded: You value diverse perspectives and are adept at exploring multiple solutions to problems, recognizing the importance of quick iterations and validated learning in product development.
