Job Description
In this role, you are responsible for
Lead Global Supplier Engineering team to develop and deploy the supplier management strategy for process and product quality in New Product development and Sustaining engineering.
Responsible to motivated and qualified team who are inspired by the mission to serve our customers by delivering quality products and services.
Develop, organize, and lead supplier improvement projects in collaboration with multiple businesses and supplier sites with Zero Defect mindset.
Collect and analyze supplier quality performance data from businesses and go to the Gemba at suppliers to identify trends/gaps/opportunities/risks.

The Image Guided Therapy business reports to the Supplier Quality Engineering Business Partner. Our Image Guided Therapy business is the leading innovator in image-guided interventional solutions. We develop seamlessly integrated systems, including interventional X-ray systems and software solutions, that enable personalized, minimally invasive treatment decisions for every patient and help guide the minimally invasive procedure more effectively.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
Bachelor degree in Engineering, Masters preferred
10+ total years’ experience in expanding engineering leadership roles (Supplier Quality, Manufacturing or R&D) in a regulated industry
Demonstrated ability to establish and lead a team in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive E2E improvements
Strong leadership skills, to include; change management, communications, building rapport, and executing within a complex matrixed organization
Successful track record leading people, executing complex manufacturing or new product development projects/programs / improvement opportunities
Strong project management competencies and successful track record in meeting the project deliverables e.g. Quality, Cost and Timeline
Effectively communicates to numerous stakeholders including senior management, other Business Groups, internal and/or external stakeholders
