We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Supply Chain and Demand Manager to join our fast-growing Adhesives & Sealants business. This pivotal role will integrate with our existing supply chain & purchasing framework, focusing on maximising demand management, refining supplier negotiations, optimising transportation, and managing the administrative tasks associated with quality complaints for products with short shelf-life products. The ideal candidate will contribute to enhancing our supply chain operations, collaborating effectively with local and central teams, and implementing best practices to support the OneBond brand's growth ambitions.

Requirements: • Proven experience in supply chain management and demand forecasting, preferably in the Adhesives and Sealants, Chemical or related industries. • Proficiency in English is mandatory; fluency in Italian or Spanish is highly desirable. • Strong command of Microsoft Office tools and SAP. • Exceptional negotiation and supplier management skills. • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, managing products with short shelf-life. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities. • Strong communication skills, capable of fostering collaboration across departments and with international teams. • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities: • Maintain close contact with the sales team to continuously gather insights into future demand, ensuring inventory management practices are both proactive and responsive. • Place orders and manage the procurement process within SAP, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products. • Negotiate with suppliers to optimise delivery schedules and transportation costs, aiming for excellence in service levels and enhancements in profit margins. • Monitor and report on stock levels across the EMEA region, triggering actions as needed for inventory management, including new orders, or strategising with sales teams to promote products nearing their shelf-life expiration • Own the service performance overall and availability rate, ensuring operations meet and exceed customer expectations. • Manage relationships with vendors to establish them as strong service providers without compromising on quality. • Manage the administrative aspects of the quality complaint process, including reporting issues to vendors and overseeing the resolution process to ensure goods replacement or the issuance of credit notes. • Facilitate best practice sharing and process improvement initiatives in collaboration with the TekBond counterpart in South America, • Coordinate with local teams to oversee inventory at central & satellite warehouses, ensuring efficient regional supply chain operations. • Provide regular reporting on inventory status, vendor performance, and product shelf life to stakeholders within the organisation.
