Supply Chain Capability Manager

Description

The Supply Chain Capability Manager (SCCM) is member of the Move Rate capability team. The SCCM supports ASML Leadership (SS&P Business Lines and other sectors) with up-to-date holistic Supply Chain Capability insights; on both suppliers Capacity (Machine, Material, Man, Methods) as well as capabilities (e.g. S&OP, Project planning, Shopfloor control, etc.). Based on this insight focus directed to to support the follow up and insights in the gap closure plans like investment plans, module and/or manufacturing process re-design, supplier capability development, release of new suppliers.

You are pivotal in orchestrating and facilitating a rigid reporting calendar, incl support to information owners. To gather the right level of information and translate this into impactful business information directing the right decisions to secure the required ramp up in ASML’s supply chain. This includes translation of business line requirements and new product introductions to actionable input to the supply chain whilst supporting alignment of investments to support the Move rate capability.

Education

MSc degree in Supply Chain Management, (Industrial) Engineering) or Business Administration.

Experience

  • You have 8+ years of business management or consulting experience with a proven record of high performance.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing - in English and the local office language(s)
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
  • Accurate, attention to detail
  • Planning and executing skills; direct rigid reporting cadence
  • Digital affinity is important to be successful in the role.
  • Experience in Supplier Management is a pre
  • Experience in PLM and/or LSM is a pre

  • Context of the position

    One of ASML Strategic Sourcing & Procurement (SS&P) key responsibilities is material availability for ASML’s factories and Service Business. In today’s complex multi-tier supply chains, this is only possible by addressing potential bottlenecks, supply risks and disruptions before they impact our customers.

    SS&P manages its supply chains up to seven tiers deep to ensure ASML’s supply keeps pace with technological developments and can adapt to changing business conditions and external threats.

    The position is a key support role with high sr management exposure. Directly supporting the organization with right sensing platform, directing the organization and Supply Chain to the right pivotal decisions. Position is part of a newly founded Supplier Collaboration Center of Excellence, with the main objective to support the current Supplier Account Teams (SAT) with the required step-up of ASML’s supply chain by addition of expertise and supplier change management.
