About Role:

We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Consultant with 8+ years of experience into supply chain management to join the Enterprise Process Consulting team in the Benelux. Key Responsibilities:

·Baseline the As Is supply chain processes using leading workshops, process documentation reviews and interviews

·Deep dive into client’s supply chain processes to uncover hidden opportunities for improvement

·Craft data-driven strategies to drive supply chain efficiency, cut costs and waste and improve logistic KPI performance

·Architect the To Be supply chain processes. Lead working sessions, workshops with our clients to drive towards supply chain excellence. Engineer for seamless operations

·Define user stories aligned with the To Be supply chain processes that will drive the agile IT delivery for the supply chain processes

·Quality assurance on the agile IT deliveries against the planned supply chain improvements and To Be processes

·Coach and develop more junior colleagues on the above activities

Essential Skills:

·Proven experience in analysis and redesign of supply chain processes

·Strong consulting competence to work with clients to drive for seamless logistical processes and supply chain excellence

·Bring a deep understanding and industry best practices in supply chain and logistics to the table

·Exposure / experience in one or more supply chain management applications like Oracle Fusion , planning tools ( Kinaxis, O9, BY, Anaplan etc.), procurement (Coupa, Ariba etc.) , Logistics and Warehousing (Manhattan, TMS) etc.

·Understanding supply chain management data and possible analytics opportunities for business improvement and transformations

·Team worker who can inspire and align client, project team and IT delivery resources for project outcomes that exceed expectations

·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Logistical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent
