Super Micro B.V. is looking for a to provide an engineering management coordination to Sales/Customers, Production, Purchasing and Operations. In the role of System Product Engineer, involve our Invoice BOM System(Configuration) approval, technical e-mail reply to sales/customers, LAB HW/SW setup, production issue resolution, total solution contact window and overall business metrics analysis. To scale large business scope, the role needs to involve hardware and/or software knowledge to comply a total solution configuration to potential enterprise/channel customers. The position is based in our EMEA headquarter at ‘s-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
• Provide server & solution engineering coordination in Invoice BOM System
• Be fully responsible for assigned Systems Products, from configuration, promotion, launch, inventory management to EOL.
• Coordinate early-stage customer quality issues, including but not limited to DOA, cross-shipment, and infancy failures.
• Set up, assist, and manage LAB for required products
• Work with product management & sales on new solutions launch and promotion
• Utilize strong project management and technical leadership to drive server products development and solution optimization for EMEA sales.
• To be a role of counterpart to B.V. production to resolve technical issues in timely manner.
• Provide a solution configuration proposal to customers, and a solution technical window to all of sales & customers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in computing hardware/software assembly, test, integration, and configuration
• BSc, or equivalent. Advanced degree in Business or Engineering a plus.
• Experience in managing aggressive and dynamic projects, with competing resources and priorities.
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership with a demonstrated ability to manage and develop demo
• Superior communication and teamwork skills; Fluency in English required, additional languages (Dutch, German, French, Mandarin, etc.) preferred.
• Ability to interact with diverse technical and non-technical groups, spanning all organizational levels.
• Extremely well organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to work flexible hours engaging US and ASIA teams.
• Experienced with open source-based solution management is a plus such as VDI, Openstack, SDS and so on.
