Responsibilities

As a Functional Analyst you will:

• investigate the needs and wants of the organization and the team and translate these into clear functional requirements and appropriate solutions.
• clarify the impact of changes within the entire application stack and coordinate these with the various stakeholders and users.
• capture the requirements from PO understanding the needs of users and the product.
• work in a structured way with UML diagrams, reading and analyzing them.
• play a key role in the overall software development process by designing, defining and documenting functional and technical requirements.
• work with ticketing systems, receiving information about errors from production, managing them, and describing them for Product Owners, Managers and Development Teams.
• be a part of technical discussions with Development Teams.

You will work in an international pan-European team, as part of our Primary Education Product Engineering Center. Besides working, having fun and feeling good about yourself is incredibly important. Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience as a system/functional/technical analyst;
• Analytical mind, easily coming up with solutions, proactive;
• Practical knowledge/understanding of UML and ability to read UML diagrams;
• Ability to translate technical requirements and work with them;
• Experience working with ticketing systems, great communication skills with development teams or Service Managers;
• ​Experience working in Agile / Scrum / SAFe environment;
• Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written;
• Experience working with Jira/Confluence/Miro.
