The team:
TheTechnical Development team innovates and delivers sustainableproducts, managing the entire technical development process fromconcept to physical garments. We prioritize quality, excellence,and meeting company and divisional KPIs. Collaborating closely withstakeholders across Product Development, design, merchandising, andglobal teams, this role is integral to embodying the brand'sidentity.

ThePosition:
You have a strong skill set intechnical development for women's wear and play a crucial role indriving the development of new seasonal silhouettes across theglobal supply chain. Collaborate closely with design, merchandise,and product development teams to interpret sketches, curatecollections, understand market needs, and ensure you meet shareddeadlines effectively.

Role andResponsibilities:

• Engage in research and developmentinitiatives.
• Attend fit meetings, recordfeedback, and facilitate internal and externalcommunication.
• Maintain data integrity in PLM,ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Adhere tocritical path timelines for timely delivery ofcollections.
• Collaborate with the overseasoffices, sourcing, and quality assurance, and handle ad hoc taskssuch as sample organization and reporting.

The IdealCandidate:

• 4-5 yearsof technical development experience.
• Bachelor's/master's degree in fashion, garmenttechnology, or related field, or equivalent industryexperience.
• Proficiency inwomenswear product knowledge, including patterncutting and technical construction.
• Familiarity with advantageous software such as PLM,Gerber, 3D Software like Browzwear/Gerber 3D & Adobesuite.
• Capable of thriving in a highlyproductive, fast-paced environment with hands-on problem-solvingskills.
• Effective communication, and fluencyin English.
