Support: You’ll support the output versusplanning end2end. First line hands-on trouble shoot support forvolume production within Twinscan Factory and third line supportfor the install organization.
Machinetechnology: You have adetailed knowledge and overview of the status of all current volumemachines that are actually produced including relatedtechnologies.
Planning: Youare able to plan analyses and solution of problems includingconsequences for Volume Production and field operation problems(recover sequence and/or PCS/Fishbone).
Problem Solving: Youcan point out structural problems, analyze them and generatesolutions, whenever necessary together with Production Engineeringand/or Development & Engineering.
KPI control: Youwill monitor the quality and timing of problems and theirimplementation, including technical realization.
Knowledge transfer: You arehands on knowledge transfer to Volume Production. Actively seek forknowledge within Pilot production.
Cooperation: Workclosely together with other support departments to secure effectiveproblem analysis and continuity.
Initiative: Youwill take the lead by executing plans, undertake the right actionson time and take action even when the chance of success is nottotally clear.
Creative: Focuson finding more solutions to one problem, you are able to perceivethe problem on multiple ways and are able to think out of thebox.
Multitasking: You willdeliver work with good quality and respect delivery deadlines, evenwhen multiple tasks are executed at the same time. Demonstrates asystematic, professional and calm approach when executing severalassignments.

Higher Technical College/TechnicalUniversity Graduate(Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electronics/Physics)
Hands-on experience in a technicalproduction environment.
Preferablyexperience with trouble-shooting: analyzing problem, findingroot-cause and determining solution.
Knowledgeof quality improvement methods.
Knowledgeand experience with (technical) projectmanagement.
Experiencein problem analysis of products and processes.
You have no problemtaking initiative,are goal oriented and flexible
You take ownership and have apro-active attitude
You areprepared to travel in order to solve problems in the field(max 10%travelling).
You haveanalytical skills, work in a structured way and continues withpresent information.
