Your mission

• Develop the concept and build up our semi-automated pharmacy mail-order operations
• Co-lead the team for the mail-order operations (together with our chief pharmacist)
• Coordinate all relevant interfaces with our suppliers and logistics providers
• Develop and manage the WMS and ERP system for the warehouse logistic – as business owner, in corporation with our IT department

Your profile

• Degree in engineering or logistics
• Initial experience in a relevant work setting, e.g. automated e-commerce warehouses or production
• Ideally: knowledge and experience regarding automated picking machines (e.g. BD Rowa) and warehouse engineering technology (e.g. conveyor solutions, automated scanning solutions)
• Leadership ability and people management skills
• Good familiarity with financial aspects of logistics operations, business acumen
• Familiarity with the sourcing of materials and services
• Strong computer skills regarding WMS and ERP, strong analytical skillset and ability to translate analyses into business optimisation
