Responsibilities:
Responsible for technical design and gathering requirements, and any specifications from clients and users and develop workflow based Mendix Apps.
Provide technical solutions for the business requirementsstory point estimationcode review.
Seek clarification from the client on business requirements and communicate to the team.
Work closely and coordinate with product owners and business analysts to understand and undertake a major development project.
Operate as a contact point between Cognizant’s technical offshore team and the client’s team to ensure the timely delivery of the project. Direct and provide technical inputs to junior developers.
Monitor timelines and progress to ensure that team members are adhering to these specifications.
Meet with clients to provide feedback and updates on development projects throughout.
Prepare reports and presentations, as well as demonstrations, to keep the client informed about issues that arise during development and report on integration and deployment.
What you will bring to the team:
4+ years of professional experience in the IT Industry and experience in application development.
Bachelor’s degree in science/engineering/computers or any relevant field
Advanced/Expert Mendix Developer Certifed
Extensive Knowledge in Mendix Domain Models, Mendix Workflows, and Integrations via API, Microflows, and Nanoflows
Good Skills in Story Point Estimation for Mendix User Stories, Code Review, Fixing Performance issues, and UI/UX.
Strong understanding of business operations and processes and the ability to identify and implement IT solutions that solve management needs.
Good understanding of agile framework.
Outstanding client service skills and strong customer interfacing and conflict resolution skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills in English and Dutch.
