Wrangu is on the lookout for a skilled Senior Product Developer (SPD) to spearhead the development of cutting-edge products using the ServiceNow platform. As our SPD, you'll be deeply involved in designing, developing, and refining our products. From initial concept to final release, your expertise will guide the creation and enhancement of solutions that exceed market expectations. Utilising the ServiceNow platform, you'll ensure our products stand out.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development: Engage in all stages of product development, translating high-level requirements into detailed technical specifications. Leverage the ServiceNow platform to its full potential, ensuring best practices in configuration and innovation.
• Expertise: Build and maintain deep knowledge of our products and the ServiceNow platform. Stay ahead of industry standards to ensure our solutions are both cutting-edge and reliable.
• Pre-Sales: Offer technical insights to support our pre-sales efforts, helping potential clients understand the value and capabilities of our products.
• Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Product Management, Client Services, and Sales teams to ensure our products meet and exceed customer expectations.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

• Certified in ServiceNow (System Administrator, Application Developer, Implementation Specialist, ATF Micro Certifications).
• 3-5 years of technical experience on the ServiceNow platform, with a strong background in JavaScript scripting.
• Experience with Service Portal using Angular JS, scripted REST integrations, and an understanding of Data Privacy (GDPR) is highly regarded.
• Proven track record of developing technical solutions for complex problems and producing comprehensive technical documentation.
• Exceptional organisational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Agile and Project Management know-how.
• Self-motivated, analytical thinker with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Willingness to travel across EMEA and potentially beyond.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
