Digital Account Executive - Germany

About the Role

This role is part of our flexible work model and you will be able to enjoy a mix of 50% onsite and 50% remote work environment, if you are located in one of our office locations.

In this role you:

  • Focus on retaining and growing an existing installed base of customers for our products for the office of the CFO and CHRO
  • Sell the company's products, systems and/or services via telephone or electronic means to existing customers in assigned territory, industry, or accounts.
  • Must close the sale on products, systems and/or services.
  • May generate prospective customers through cold calling and may qualify and follow up with sales leads. Sales can be made through multichannel, inbound and/or outbound sales activities.
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry, as well as the competitive posture of the company, and prepare activity and forecast reports as requested.
  • Have thorough knowledge of company products, systems and services.
  • May direct customers to websites or other company resources for information.
  • May act as sole sales representative for assigned territory, industry, accounts, and/or products.
  • May establish and maintain relationships with channel partners.
  • Represent the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities.
  • About You

    Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 years experience in closing sales experience
  • Business Fluency in German & English
  • Experience in consultative and collaborative selling and closing
  • Strong experience in pipeline management and accurate forecasting
  • Experience selling to the office of the CHRO or CFO required (e.g.workforce/financial planning, HCM, or sourcing/procurement solutions preferred)
  • Other Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience is required, MA/MS degree preferred
  • Motivated to reach quotas and over perform
