Employment agency Manpower is looking for a field service technician region Amsterdam and Utrecht.

As a field service technician you will be maintaining, resolving and preventing technical problems reported by users of the equipment to ensure optimum machine availability in accordance with customer contractual obligations. You will perform the following working activities: 

  • Optimizing costs in line with planned goals and guidelines
  • Providing appropriate technical service to the service operations in the country
  • Taking care of service activities (including performance promotions and maintenance/retrofits activities) on a specific product group/family
  • Actively communicate with colleagues to share technical information appropriately
  • Manage business relationships with customers in accordance with their contracts to maximize customer satisfaction

    Wat we van jou verwachten

  • Able to work and think at a mbo level 
  • At least one year of experience working in a technical field service position
  • Knowledge of computers, networks, data communication and color knowledge
  • Availability of 40 hours per week 
  • Good knowledge of the English language both verbally and in writing. Because of communication with colleagues and clients
  • Skills in the use of electronic diagnostic tools
  • Willing to work in shifts
