The project management department is responsible formanaging improvement projects and industrialization projects of newproduct introductions. Your responsibilities willbe:

• Ensuringproduct feasibility and process/productquality
• Providing product improvementproposals
• Setting up and ensuring the VDL ETGproduction process according to pre-agreed objectives in terms ofquality, logistics, technology, andcosts.
• Optimally setting up and securing thesupply chain
• Reporting projectprogress
• Ensuring the realization of prototypesand pilots

Functie-eisen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree inIndustrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similarfield.
• Proven experience in project managementwithin the complex manufacturingindustry.
• Strong leadership qualities andexperienced in guiding teams.
• Familiar with thehigh-tech industry.
